By accessing or using Jodat Group's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Jodat Group provides web design, web development, AI integration, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

Project Terms

When you engage our services:

• Project scope, timeline, and pricing will be defined in a separate agreement
• Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement
• You agree to provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and ideas developed during the project. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and necessary materials
• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to all materials you provide
• Make timely payments as per your agreement
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific business results. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as explicitly stated in your project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Jodat Group's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Project Changes and Cancellation

Changes to project scope may affect timeline and pricing. Cancellation terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, work completed up to the cancellation point is billable.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your permission, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
